Life Happens at Centro The Centro Square forecourt features creative landscaping by using textured promenades through oscillating circular reflective pools and fountains. A courtside sun catching patio populates the east edge. A vibrant landmark sculpture depicting the site address presides over the square.

 

Streetscapes and Greenroofs Upgraded streetscapes and corner forecourts surround the community marking a sense of place. Extensive green roofs have been designed in patterns of repeating raindrop circles on patterned podium roofs.

 

An urban Oasis Private rooftop terraces edge the public rooftop park which features a shaded bocce court, sunning lawns, café terrace and fire pit.

 

Centro Square Park Nestled on the podium is a landscaped green roof. Visitors can enjoy the ultimate in recreation — including bocce lanes, a shady pergola and comfortable seating. Centro Square Park offers the perfect place to meet up with friends.
